The “filet mignon of chicken” is now available in Pinellas Park after Huey Magoo’s had its grand opening this month. Known best for juicy and flavorful chicken tenders, the restaurant also features sandwiches, wraps, salads, coleslaw and house-made tea and lemonade. They are located at 4590 Park Blvd N.

Originally founded in Oviedo, Florida, Huey Magoo’s has expanded to several more locations across Florida, and this store is its first in Tampa Bay. The chicken joint is open daily from 11 am – 9pm, available for indoor dining, takeout, drive-thru and delivery.

High quality chicken is the driving force behind the Huey Magoo’s approach, as they exclusively use only the chicken tenderloin, and no other part of the bird. Hence their claim to serving the filet mignon of chicken.

Combos, platters and kid’s meals available

Grilled or hand breaded chicken tender meals come with crinkle cut fries, Texas toast and the signature Magoo’s dip, with fresh cut chips and coleslaw also available. Wings can be tossed in several flavors, including buffalo, lemon pepper, garlic parmesan and sweet heat. They also have a kid’s menu, as well as family-sized meals.

The restaurants also offers a farm fresh salad, buffalo salad and “Magoo’s favorite salad” topped with a raspberry walnut vinaigrette. Wraps and sandwiches with thick-cut pickle slices are also available, in addition to cookies for dessert.
