One of St. Pete’s marquee projects the last few years is nearing completion, as the ARK Innovation Center makes quick progress on its facility in St. Pete Innovation District. Now, we know one of the tenants to expect. Tampa Bay Innovation Center announced today that the Parisian-inspired Point Chaud Coffee & Crepes has signed a lease to move into the new tech hub upon opening.

The café will serve its signature crepes and gourmet Lavazza coffee, as well as salads, paninis, quiches, and gelato. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are on the menu, as well, and it will also provide catering for business and corporate events. Point Chaud already has three cafes open in the Maryland and DC area, and this new spot in Florida will mark the small company’s fourth location. See their menu here.

According to the release, the new café expects to be open from 7 am – 7 pm every day, and it will also feature an outdoor patio area and free Wi-Fi for guests. The café will be open to the public, located on the ground floor of the ARK Innovation Center at 1101 4th Street South.

The ARK Innovation Center, currently under construction, will be a state-of-the-art facility that houses offices, innovation labs, meeting rooms and event spaces for startups, researchers, and investors. The center aims to foster collaboration and innovation in various fields such as robotics, AI, energy storage, health care and education. The Tampa Bay Innovation Center has 6,500 square feet available for sublease that requires build-out for Innovation Partners. Interested parties are encouraged to contact 727-547-7340.
